Development Update:
Swimming cove construction is scheduled to begin in September. Assuming no further delays with the Coastal Works permitting process, completion will take approximately 2 months. After that, construction will begin on the Phase One condo building with a completion timeframe of 6 months. The Phase Two hotel building will follow with a completion timeframe of 9 months (late 2009). The manmade swimming cove will provide the best beach experience on the island and offer significant storm protection to the property.
